Shipping your goods
Our packing facilities are located in United Kingdom.
We offer several shipping providers to accompany your needs.
If you choose to ship your goods with Royal Mail (cheaper option) - the delivery time ranges from 2-10 business days depending on your location.
If you are in a rush and want your parcel to be delivered quickly, we recommend you choose DHL Express. Delivery times range from 1-3 days depending on your location.
When we ship the goods, we provide a tracking number for your order.
If an item in your order is out-of-stock, the delivery times may vary, we do everything we can to ship the goods as soon as we get them.
We do not take responsibility for any delays the post offices might have because of their internal issues, or delays at the customs. The customer is responsible for knowing if an ordered item is allowed in their country.
Returning your goods
Due to the nature of our products, we do not take returns from used/opened items.
If you have received an incorrect order, or you want to return the item in its original, unopened state contact our customer support.
